I'm Calling Myself Out...

I made a post recently on Instagram being real with y’all....
Lately, I’ve felt a little out of sync.
The TRUTH:
I've been missing workouts, not prioritizing sleep, and not being fully present in moments that matter.
I wanted to share this because I know some of you can relate. We all know how easy is it to slowly drift out of alignment… even when you know better.
I'm sharing this to let you know that this is something I struggle with too. Even as a health coach.
You don’t just wake up one day completely off track.
It happens in small decisions. Staying up a little later, pushing a workout, saying “I’ll get back on track tomorrow.” Until one day, you realize you’re not showing up how you want to.
That’s where I found myself.
But instead of ignoring it, I’m choosing to reset.
Not out of guilt, but out of self-respect.
Because this isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being honest enough with yourself to recognize when something needs to change.
So here’s what I’m focusing on right now:
- Getting back to consistent workouts
- Prioritizing sleep
- Being present outside of work
- Making time for the things I genuinely enjoy
If you have been feeling off lately, this one is for you. You don't need a full restart or a crazy overhaul. You just need to come back to what you know works, for YOU.
