Are you attaching to the wrong identity?

What’s up NC fam,

Happy April! 🌷🌱☀️

A new month can offer a fresh start. A fresh page, or even a new chapter.

I want to talk about something that has heavily been on my mind recently...

When people start making progress and they have one "off day," skip a training session, or have an unplanned meal..

They quickly collapse all their progress into that one moment.

Suddenly, they’re right back to:

“I’m just inconsistent”
“I have no discipline”
“This is why I always fail”


And just like that, one small deviation turns into a full-blown identity.


 

As long as you keep identifying with those moments, you’ll keep reinforcing the version of you that struggles. No matter how much progress you’re actually making.
