Every now and then, we like to shine a light on the people who make this special community what it is.

This week, it’s Bailey.


Bailey's Story

Bailey came to us as a former athlete with a packed schedule and a lot on her plate. Like many, she was doing everything she thought she was supposed to. Trying different diets, navigating high stress, and putting in effort without seeing the results she wanted.

She had tried intermittent fasting, keto, and more. But after a year of spinning her wheels, it became clear: she didn’t need another diet. She needed a sustainable system.


The Shift

We focused on:

  • Creating real structure
  • Building habits that compound over time
  • Prioritizing consistent strength training
  • Developing a long-term plan that actually fit her life

After a year:

→ 45 pounds down
→ Stronger than her athlete days
→ Confident in knowing exactly what to do


Bailey built a lifestyle that works with her life, not against it.


Bailey, we are incredibly proud of you. It’s been amazing to watch your growth not just physically, but in your confidence, consistency, and mindset. 💙
